Each community has the same sections across the top: Community (discussion feed), Classroom (courses), Calendar (events), Members, Leaderboards, and About. Admins also see ⚙ Settings. Switch communities with the menu at the top left. Discover communities finds public ones to join.
Public communities can be read before you join. Join to post, comment, like, and take courses. Private communities show only their About page until an admin approves your request. Some ask membership questions. Paid communities link to the creator's payment page; an admin then approves you. An invite link joins you directly.
Click Write something. Add a title, text, a category, pictures, files, a video link (YouTube, Vimeo, Loom, Wistia), a link, or a poll. Mention someone with @username to notify them. Admins can pin posts, turn off comments, and notify every member about an announcement.
Every like you receive on a post or comment is 1 point. Points raise your level in that community: Level 2 at 5 points, then 20, 65, 155, 515, 2,015, 8,015, and Level 9 at 33,015. Levels are separate for each community. Admins can name the levels and unlock courses and events at a level. You cannot like your own posts.
Courses contain modules and lessons with video, text, and downloadable resources. Mark lessons complete to track your progress. A course may be open to all members, unlocked at a level, or private (granted by an admin).
Events show in your own time zone. Use Add to calendar for Google Calendar or an .ics file (Outlook, Apple Calendar).
Message anyone who shares a community with you. You can block a person from their chat or profile. Use Report on a post, comment, or member to alert the moderators. 🔔 shows comments, replies, likes, mentions, approvals, and announcements.
Open your account menu and choose 🎨 Theme to pick a look (SmoothKeyz Pro, Ocean, Forest, Sunset, Rose, Classic Violet, or the dark Midnight theme) and any colour you like. Only you see your choice. Communities can have their own colour; you can turn that off in the same place. Platform Administrators set the site default in Security Center → Settings.
Choose ✉️ E-mail notifications to add your e-mail address (you confirm it with a code), then pick Right away, Daily summary, or Off and what you want to hear about. Notifications you already read in the app are not e-mailed. When reply-by-email is on, reply to a notification or chat e-mail and your answer is posted as you. Every e-mail has an unsubscribe link. Community admins can also e-mail a post to all members (limited to once every few days).
Your profile shows your communities, levels, recent posts, and a daily-activity chart (posts, comments, likes, and poll votes, counted in UTC).
Sign-in uses a password and an authenticator app (multi-factor authentication). Sessions lock after inactivity. Uploaded pictures and files are encrypted on the server. Administrative and moderation actions are written to a tamper-evident audit log. In demo mode (red banner), passwords and MFA are skipped; use demo mode only with sample data.
Register a new phone or authenticator app. Your current registration keeps working until the new one is confirmed.

The audit log is append-only (the database rejects edits and deletions) and every entry is chained with SHA-256 so tampering can be detected. Export it regularly for long-term retention.
